Biologist, Author, Educator

Dr. Carla Hannaford is a biologist, author, and educator with more than 40 years of teaching experience, including 20 years as a professor of Biology and four years as a school counselor for children with learning difficulties.  Since 1988 she has been an internationally recognized educational consultant and workshop leader to more than 50 countries, and cited in more than 1,000 books and journals on the science behind learning, Brain Gym®, and how to live a healthy and growthful life.  She was selected as a guest educator to the AHP—Soviet Project, and has been recognized by Who’s Who in American Education and received many awards for her work on the planet.  She is the author of four best-selling books:  SMART MOVES,  AWAKENING THE CHILD HEART,  THE DOMINANCE FACTOR , and PLAYING  IN THE UNIFIED FIELD.
