Lisa Rafel is a recognized expert in Vocal Sound Healing™. She has given keynote presentations, taught workshops, led energy healing, and even guest-starred on television. A singer/songwriter, playwright, producer and published poet, Lisa has co-created several projects with Emmy-winning composer Gary Malkin, including the award-winning, clinically tested book/CD set Safe in The Arms of Love. This cook/CD set supports babies and their parents to deepen the bonding process. There is also a prenatal CD The Journey of Our Lives. Lisa’s musical play, Can You Hear Me Baby? (with music co-written with Gary Malkin) is being readied for 2022. Wanting to protect the health of future generations and fueled by her personal revelation about the importance of bonding, Lisa founded Resonant Sounds, LLC to raise awareness and create musical products to support the well-being of parents and their babies. She has performed her theatrical one-woman show, It’s All Right To Be Naked in Los Angeles and New York and has sung in concerts all over the world. Her recent music video Now Is The Time, co-written with Grammy winners Lily Hayden and Itai Disraeli of Opium Moon is a call to action to protect the environment. Her Five Worlds empowerment program and her work with individuals, groups and couples is available over zoom. Lisa is a founding board member of the Sound and Music Alliance, past board member of the National Perinatal Association, and currently serves on the board of APPPAH (The Association for Pre and Perinatal Psychology and Health).
